Legislation
- PA Senate Bill 851 "Safe Harbor in Human Trafficking" - would make anyone under age 18 immune from prosecution under state prostitution laws, and it would require the Pennsylvania Human Services Department to develop education and job-training programs, short-term housing, and offer counseling services to the victims of sex trafficking and forced labor.
